Alwenn is a Registered Massage Therapist with 18 years of experience in the field. With a passion for health and wellness, she has dedicated her career to helping clients improve their physical and mental wellbeing through massage therapy.Alwenn is committed to providing personalized care to each client, tailoring each session to address their specific needs and concerns.
She believes massage therapy is a vital component of a holistic approach to wellness and is honoured to play a role in her clients’ journeys toward better health.

After 5 years as an RN, Estelle changed directions in health care and became an RMT in 1992. She has worked in Vancouver since, but lived in Pitt Meadows since 2014, and wants to stay closer to home, so joined us September 2023.
She plays drums, enjoys gardening and yard work, and has dogs and cats at home.
Over the years she treated patients with various medical conditions and enjoys working with all ages, especially older adults.
Her focus is allowing people to relax and heal themselves.

With over 20 years in practice, Anna brings her knowledge, skills and personal life experience together to facilitate pain management and systemic healing.
While using treatment techniques such as Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue manipulation and Myofascial release, Anna’s focus is on the mind-body connection; as grief, loss, trauma, stress and pain manifest in the physical body.

Debbie graduated from WCCMT, a massage therapy program in 2019. Prior to studying massage, she worked in the education field working with autistic children. She taught prerequisite skills needed to enter the school system. Debbie has a degree in psychology and a teaching certificate with a specialty in autism. She has always been people oriented and has a passion for helping others achieve physical wellness.
Debbie appreciates what nature has to offer and enjoys hiking and kayaking. She understands the importance of quality of life, which includes pain free mobility. She enjoys working as an RMT at Peak Wellness Centre and feels this is a great opportunity to fulfill her desire to help people achieve optimal health and proper injury recovery.
Debbie utilizes techniques such as trigger point release, myofascial release, deep tissue massage and swedish massage to help her patients reach their wellness goals.

Marissa graduated from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in April of 2024 with a diploma in massage therapy.
Prior to entering the world of massage therapy Marissa managed a team of 40 in the corporate world so understands that time for self care can be challenging to navigate. Marissa offers various styles of massage including deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, pregnancy massage, and treatment for temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMJD). Marissa's passion for holistic health and client-centered care ensures that each session is designed to foster relaxation and promote healing in a supportive and respectful environment.
